So I ran into this today, an artist in Canada has crafted cat and mouse armour which I think might make useful references for people working on any projects involving antro/fury characters

We seem to be going through one of those periods where the passing of leading lights darken our world.  Leonard Nimoy at the end of February and today Terry Pratchett most well known for his Diskworld books.  I never read any of his work but I am aware of the imaginative ideas he had and his skill as a writer.  Rest in peace Mr Pratchett and may your imagination live on.

Earlier today I hear the new that at the age of 83 Leonard Nimoy, better know as Mr Spock died from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

This is a sad day for many reasons.  His most famous role, Mr Spock, of course was not only a Sci-Fi icon but a role which also transcended the genre into general awareness.
Leonard Nimoy was also a talented actor and a person who by all accounts will be greatly missed by those who were close to him.  My thoughts are with you at this sad time.

Ok so its been a while since my last Journal, so long that I ought to be saying Hope you all had a good Christmas for those who celebrate it, and a Happy New Year for those entering a New calender year at this time.

The main reason for this post is something I was linked to on a forum, that I think everyone here should be aware of, be it that it affects them now, or is a stage they have passed, especially when considering others.  Please watch the video through and consider it's message.

Stupid, dumb moron called to try to tell me there are errors on my computer. the guy could barely speak english when i explained that there is nothing wrong with my computer and put the phone down... HE RANG BACK but as soon as i explained my profession is IT support the line suddenly dropped.... how strange.

Friendly reminder to all those out there, if you get a call from a person talking about issues with your computer without you ringing first it is a scam! tell them you are an IT tech and watch them run for the hills
